Santa
If you know my kids you know that they are shy. Very shy. So shy that they congratulate each others' bravery when one of them speaks to someone outside our family. Well, you can imagine my surprise when Racer informed me that he wanted to see Santa. He and Ariel made little "letters" by cutting out pictures of toys that they wanted and pasting them on special paper. Racer said he didn't want to sit on Santa's knee or talk to him, but he thought he could show him his paper and point to what he wanted most. So he did! Oh yes, and he also wouldn't let me take a picture of him. But. . . poor Rue couldn't say no.

Oh, your cute kids. I remember watching Racer one time and having him cower in the corner crying for the first few minutes. But then he warmed up. They always do. :) That picture of Rue is fantastic.
