Birthday time!

September means time for our annual birthday princess bash!  Hailee got to have a party on her birthday with all her friends, then a family party the next day.  It was a partying weekend!

 Party time with the fam!

 Hailee LOVES pretty clothes.  She would dress like a princess every day if she could.  She does wear dresses and skirts every day.  A week before her birthday I took her shopping and told her that a new lady in our ward asked me to pick out a dress for her daughter that was the same age as Hailee. (Very believable story, I know.)  I told Hailee I needed her help.  She and I went to the store and dragged a half dozen beautiful, sparkly dresses into the dressing room.  Hailee had a blast trying them on to see if they'd fit this girl that was about the same size she was.  Then I let her make the final selection.  She kept saying all along how she wished she were that girl.  She was surprised to find out on her birthday that she was! (are you?;)
